Passing Away of TIU Canadian Representative
Dr. Craig Best, former IAPPA
Director and President of The College of Securite' de National
passed away today, 5/11/2004, at app 1400 hours, CST.....
He was a good friend and associate, and will be greatly
missed......I spoke with him just a few days of when he was
supposed to die, and he did not have the heart to tell me he
couldn't take it anymore, and requested to be taken off any life
support, etc.
Goodbye good friend, I know you are now protecting the heavens!!

The International University and Barnhart Security in
conjunction with the STATE DEPARTMENT and the International
Visitors Bureau, hosted a business executive exchange with
Russia. The program was a 30 day project, where Dr. Barnhart had
a live-in from a similar business from Russia. A very good time
was had by all, and we are now considering our next project. A

Business Commission
